A LITTLE ABOUT MY CREATIVE JOURNEY
I was born In Canary Islands (Spain). I started drawing and painting as soon as I could grab a pencil and I never let it go.
1991-1996
I spent my days drawing my favourite superheroes while watching the cartoons on TV with my brother.
I created my own comics and magazines with collage and drawings.
I started my first creative venture selling portraits of actors and footballers that I made for my schoolmates.
1998-2001
I started my second creative venture making jewelry with recycled materials and selling it to my mother's coworkers.
2008
After studying Tourism, I started studying Illustration at the Art School because I was very clear that I wanted to make a living by drawing.
2012
I met a group of illustrators where I lived and for two years I organized countless exhibitions, artistic workshops, book presentations and event organization to promote illustration in the Canary Islands.
2014
I launched my brand of illustrated products in which I started making prints without knowing that this was a profession.
2015
I moved to London (UK). Living in London changed my life. It was an explosion for my mind in every sense. It is a city where any dream can come true and living off creativity is possible. And on a personal level, I found the person with whom I share my life today.
2019
I had the opportunity to work as an account manager for a London-based supplier with factories in India. It was the first time I dealt with very large Spanish brands such as those from the Inditex group or Tendam.
I was on the verge of turning down this opportunity because I was overcome with impostor syndrome. But my boyfriend encouraged me to do it and this experience opened up a new world of opportunities for me and gave me a closer look at the fashion industry.
2024
In 2024, I invested in a mentor to help me organize my activity as a business with which I want to develop professionally and creatively.
I made the decision to pour my creativity into working in the world of packaging and with ethical and small brands that take care of the entire design process of their products.
